THE DEAL

Only a seasoned developer would have considered an unconditional purchase of this former public house which had recently ceased trading. Rigid planning requirements meant that several hurdles would need to be overcome in order to covert the building into residential apartments. Aware of our success with similar schemes the selling agent called us first and after lengthy negotiations a deal was agreed. With a sympathetic design incorporating internal alterations and the addition of an extra floor at roof level we were able to obtain permission for 7 apartments which in turn were sold on the open market by the introducing agent.
