With an existing buyer dragging their heels due to restrictive covenants and a lack of confidence in obtaining a change of use, we were invited to step in and take the contract. Buying this property unconditionally did not phase us due to our extensive knowledge of planning law and our history of completing similar complex projects. We successfully gained planning permission for 5 units on first application, project managed the conversion, sold the development to a retained investor for whom continue to rent the units via our established management team.
